F112: ICC Workshop 2.2: eMail Collection for Lotus Domino, eDiscovery
DURATION: 3 days
SCHEDULED DATES: TBD – Contact Us for more Information
PURPOSE
IBM Content Collector V2.2 (ICC) is an ECM-based content archiving solution, which treats e-mail and other unstructured content types as active critical business content. This solution collects e-mail from archives and manages e-mail and other unstructured content throughout the enterprise. ICC enables the full breadth of ECM to be applied to the collection or archiving of unstructured content so that it can be used to comply with regulations, manage and analyze knowledge contained in e-mail and other unstructured content, and automate business processes where this content participates in the workflow.
AUDIENCE
This course is for System Administrators, Solution Architects, Software Architects, Solution Designers, IT Managers, and Software Engineers who are responsible for managing and administering the IBM Content Collector infrastructure.
OBJECTIVES
In this workshop, you learn about the features in ICC (for both e-mail and file system archiving). You perform hands-on lab exercises, including configuring ICC in e-mail and file system archiving scenarios, revising and building ICC e-mail and file system archiving task routes, and working with the ICC system for previewing, searching, and restoring archived documents. You also use IBM eDiscovery Manager to search for e-mail documents and unstructured content that is most relevant to a particular legal matter or case. You use IBM eDiscovery Analyzer to analyze and refine case materials to reduce legal review costs.
